Hope you all had great weekend, and are staying healthy.
Because of all the safety tips going (even though we disinfected the zumba toning sticks) I decided that this week we should have a Zumba only week, we can see how things are progressing.

Last week I was able to keep my goal lifting weight of 3x. That is my goal again this week. Due to time change, and feeling deprived of sleep, I totally forgot about taking my measurements this morning. I will do that next week.
