Happy Monday!
Hope you all had a great weekend and THANK YOU so much for coming out and celebrating with me 8 years of Zumba by doing what we enjoy - dance and fitness.
Here is this week's schedule, and we do have an extra day of Zumba. This Thursday we have a special Valentine's Day Class come and celebrate Zumba Friendships :)


Let's talk about fitness goals!
Here are my numbers so far:

Last week I started Week 4 of the Weight Lifting Program I am doing (Beachboyd LiifT4) but I started on Thursday...so this week my goal is to finish Week 4. Tonight I do Back and Biceps, and Tomorrow I do Shoulders. I am currently not doing the Leg workouts with the program. I did it the first week, but it didn't feel good, the extra weight doing lunges, and squats and stuff, I was like NO. I am not ready. Maybe its mental? regardless...we can't skip leg day. So I've been wanting to create my own leg workout routine that I feel comfy with, my goal this week is to create and then do it on Wednesday. Also Thursday and Friday will by rest from Weights, but I want to test out my knees with some HiiT/Plyo..SO I am going to be doing 2 workouts from Beachbody T-25 (Insanity style) program. So that is my update :)
