Happy Monday!
Guess what? this is the last week in January! if flew by, BUT it also took a long time!
We have a regular schedule this week:

I learned LOTS of new choreography, both for Toning and regular Choreography. I am trying to decided if I should bring those this week, or just wait till next so we can start February with fresh playlists - we shall see what I decide LOL
So last week I did get sick; Chills, aches, AND COUGH, But Vicks Vapo Rub came to the rescue. I was able to shake it off by Friday. But that also means that I decided not to weight train at all last week. My meals were good, semi good, and some were bad (you know for the comfort). But today is a new week, and I am feeling better and I can get fully back on track on my wagon, with the guidelines that I set for myself. So instead of going into my 4th week of my training schedule I am going into the 3rd week, here is my progress:

So good news, I did loose 4lbs this month, and 4.5 overall inches. As you can see from my weight this week, I don't think it fluctuated due to lack of training but because you know...bloating and just being a woman.
