January was a slow month, and February just flew by! Here is this week's schedule:
Its a new month, and I have lots of new songs to bring, so I am excited to bring you this month's choreography.
Last week I did 2 out of 3 personal workouts, so I am happy that I was able to pick it up compared to the previous week. My Goal this week is 4x Monday/Tuesday rest on Wed, and Thursday/Saturday
My measurements are not really moving, but I hope by the end of the March I see a more significant drop - just keep at it, right? :)

p.s. Also I will have Clorox wipes, Lysol Spray so we can disinfect the toning sticks, so no worries from that end :)
