Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!
Hope you all had a great 3 day weekend! Here is this week's schedule:

Last minute change to this week's schedule, as I need to be present for a meeting for my daughter. Potentially we can have a make up class on Sunday morning - just need 5 participants, so e-mail, text, or message me to confirm attendance.
This weekend was my son's birthday - means lots of unhealthy and sugary treats. So I decided no to weigh myself this week. I know my body will be a bit bloaty from the sugar and carbs:)
I am still going strong with my weight lifting program...I am still skipping leg day, I need to get on top of that. This week I start on week 5. I also need to start cleaning up my diet again it started to slip due to birthdays and such. That is my goal again this week.
