Wow! last week of February! this month flew by (compare to January).
Here is the schedule this week (normal schedule :)

So lets see - last week was a "lost" week for me in terms of my nutrition and my workouts. I did not do personal workouts at all. So I am starting Week 5 of my workout program instead of Week 6, but I am trying my best not beat myself up. Its a NEW Day today, and a new week!
The 1lb increase from 2 weeks I am not even sweating it, it could just be water retention - which very well may be I've noticed my leg (the one that got the knee surgery) is more tender and swollen..which I found odd. I haven't been working out that much...so maybe I do need to keep more movement and exercise to keep it happy.
