Happy Monday!
Hope you all had a great week last week! I want to thank you for committing to working out and moving last week. The energy last week was amazing, lets keep the momentum going!
Here is this week's schedule:

Last week was my adjusting period. I had some tough moments with my eating when I wanted to grab food that was not planned. I also wanted to go out and eat when I had planned to cook at home, BUT I kept with planned meals and snacks and afterwards I felt really good about my choices. I also stuck with my planned workouts and did a total of 4 personal workouts. This week I also planned my meals and I also plan on Lifting Weights on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday. My progress:

I decided to only weight myself and not do inches yet. I think I am going to wait to do inches until the 27th. I "lost" 4.2lb but I think that was mostly water retention since I drastically reduced my processed sugar intake last week. But seeing the number go down does make me happy and lets face it, its encouraging :)
I am currently using MyFitness Pal to track what I eat. Currently I am not focusing on calories, but macros. I need to work on bringing that Blue Color down (Carbs) and bringing that Green Color Up. That will be my goal for this week.

My goal this month is to do smarter choices with my food and cook at home rather than going out. I'll start worrying about calories later on. Currently I am happy with my healthy fat amounts.
