First Monday of 2020!

Happy Monday! and its the first Monday of 2020!

It was great to see some of you last Saturday, but for those that were still in Holiday Break, I can't wait to see you tomorrow for class :)

Here is this week's Schedule:

This year I plan to do changes for my personal well being as well as fitness. I invite you to do the same, and I will share my journey with you just in case it inspires you or if you find some things that might work for you. I also encourage you to share with me because I can also find things that you are doing might work for me :)

So this year, I am reducing the number of classes I teach overall. I gave up 3 classes with the bigger gyms. I did this for 2 reasons: I will have more time at home to prepare home cook meals as well as have time to do personal workouts. My overall goal this month is to do 3 personal workouts a week and to avoid going out for dinner during the weekdays. At this point I am not focusing on portion control or a specific diet, but I am focusing on strategies to avoid sugar and refined carbs. Need to start slow :) as of today my measurements are:

YIKES! I haven't seen those kind of numbers since about 10 years ago when I started my journey. Most of my weight gain I have attributed to Hormonal changes due to age, but also I had become compliant with myself. So there are the numbers, I will post my progress as the month progresses.
