Welcome December!

Happy Monday!

Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving weekend! I am feeling refreshed, and even though I did eat too much - it was a great little break :)

This week we have a short week:

Please note that there is no Saturday class this week.

Also our last class before we break for the Holiday will be Saturday 12/21 - and I am making it a 90min class - 45min of Zumba Toning and 45min of Zumba.

Then we hare in a 2 week hiatus (or just about 2 weeks) I do have a question for you guys - would you be interested in a class on Wednesday 1/1/20 at 9:30am at the LifeStyle location 22634 Foothill Blvd, Hayward - otherwise we are officially back on Saturday 1/4/20.
