PARTY WEEK!

Good morning!

I AM SO EXCITED about this week :) So many fun things happening.

First: We will have an extra class at TrueFit this week (and next week) on Tuesday night at 7pm!

Second: We have a 90min Halloween Class on Thursday (glow class!) I encourage you to wear a costume, I am offering a 10 class card for the best costume

Third: This Saturday we have an AWESOME Guest instructor, ZJ Melissa Carias will be dong a 60min Pop Up Class at TrueFit this class is $12 (Pre-Sale) and $15 (at the door) if you want to purchasea a ticket you may give me cash to reserve your spot or you may paypal $12 to http://paypal.me/VeronicaDLM

Also I will be doing a Party in Pink at El Cerrito at 24hr and I am co-teaching with Eva Lou! so for those TrueFitters and Crunchies who want to organize a carpool :) just saying...LOL or take Bart and I can pick you guys up, and then we can head back to the Hayward area toghethers ;) This event at 24hr is open to everybody even non-members.
