Last week I started exercising following a DVD program, I am going to continue more consistently this week. I found that using resistance bands really loosen up my knee stiffness :)
Food...let me just stay that I am still trying to find a good rhythm with my food choices - and that is more mental than anything (for me) - the exercise part I am down with!
My challenge this week, is to make smart choices in regards to my food (except for Wednesday it's my son's 21th Birthday so I will be having Red Velvet Cake)
