Week 2 - Post Op Knee Arthroscopy

Good Afternoon!
How are you? Tomorrow is week 2 post op, and I have missed you guys! I have done Zumba Chair 2x already :) one time I did from the official website, and the 2nd time, I converted one of my "easy" playlist (easy playlist refers to my playlists that I prepared for you guys for when I got injured) and the only thing that I am really missing is having you guys dance along with me! 'cause Zumba Chair is fun...I have the music, I have my upperbody, I can't complain other than it's just me LOL
My knee mobility progress is really good! I am elated and wary at the same time. This weekend I relied heavily on the use of my crutches because I didn't want to over do my walking. I did get to walk a little this Sunday when I went grocery shopping with Angel (with my crutch) and I kept my knee under observation in the evening and this morning to see how it would react, and it didn't react. My leg now straightens after a little warm up and since its straighten without discomfort (or pain) I can now do full revolutions on the stationary bike. So I did 5min this morning.
This Thursday I have my 2nd followup with the surgeon and hopefully I can get the thumbs up so I can do aqua therapy -- meaning I can soak in my tub, and maybe head out to the pool (24hr) and do some walking/therapy exercises on the water.
