Happy Monday!
Hope you all had a great Mothers Day! I had a pretty good one :)
This afternoon I will be going to the Orthopedic and have my x-ray/MRI and I am so excited! The knee/leg itself seems to be improving. I may need to add ankle weights to my knee strengthening exercises as they are becoming a little too easy. So now that we (I) will know what exactly is happening inside my knee we can take the correct steps to help speed up the healing. After 5 weeks of being injured, I am mentally and emotionally prepared to hear that I may have a tear, and willing to do whatever it takes to have it repaired. I have also been reading up in all sorts of tears to know what my options are. I will post again tomorrow to give you guys a report of what the doctor said, so make sure to check that out.
ANYWAY, this week we will continue with a modified week:

I do plan to teach at Crunch tonight unless I am not as "well" as I think I am and the doctors puts his foot down on my activity level (which is already vastly reduced) which honestly I doubt. I have a feeling I need to work on my mobility which means add more "easy" movements.
Have an amazing week!
