Happy Monday everyone! This is crazy! I feel like we just started 2018 and we are already on the 5th day of February. Time please slow down! specially as my 4th baby will be turning 11 on February 14th. He has decided he was no party either, but instead wants an Eric day! So we are brainstorming what activities we will do! I threw out "the lets go hiking" I got lots of laughs but what was it.

Here is this week's schedule:

Today we kick off the comeback class of TurboKick! I am super excited about it! It has been a while since I have touched this format, and I noticed many new upgrades that make it easier for the instructor and the student! for example, the Format now has small short (2 move) hitts after each section. Those small hitts then turn into the Turbo drill! so we have already done it, so it makes it easier to learn and do! The moves and layering are much less complicated making you feel successful! but the intensity is still there! win/win. Since today is the first day of TurboKick, this first class is on me :) come out and check it out!

You will notice Saturday...yes yes I know...so here is the annoucement for this week. I have decided to make Saturday mornings as a Zumba Toning class (I am bringing it back!) I decided having a BootCamp class on Saturday morning, followed by teaching Strong at 24hr, then (more than likely) followed by a 3 hour jam session might be a little bit too much (you think?! LOL)
